Curing headaches is perfect for everyone because everyone has had a headache at one point or another. As an aside, let’s take a look at the essentials on the effects of dehydration or smoking cigarettes.  These both are detrimental to our health, so whenever possible avoid smoking and drink as much water as you can.  Our bodies are 75% water and if we aren’t maintaining that level, then we are depriving our bodies.  Keep your body in harmony and you will avoid some of these nasty headaches. You may ask, if managing headaches is so simple, then why do so many people struggle with it.
